Something different if your interested

Hi folks,
Some time back I was contacted by a man that entertains for children in parades and parties and such. He does all kinds of stuff like moi and some hair-brained things like free hair cuts and ear cleanings as well. I guess you would have to see to understand. http://www.stiltwalker.com/
This gentleman’s name is Bill Coleman and he would like to have an illuminated suit using EL wire and maybe some flashing LEDs built for him. There is a headdress and a bustle that I would have to take part in and I would be able to furnish the requirements for the parts I would have to add after the pieces were completed on your end. He also would like to have his eightteen foot tall puppets illuminated as well using the color changing LEDs although this may go over cheaper as multiple LEDs of different colors that would be switched electrically, that’s your end.
I have been too busy with prototyping and my own projects I have been involved with for a long time to divert my attention at this time is why I am offering this to a competent source.
