You are sitting at your desk and somebody asks for a flashlight and you say “What color”?

The receptionist in the doctors’ office wants your daughters’ social security number and you can not remember it but you know you have LSH-P 1048 in one pocket, LSL-P 338 in your coat, LSH-P 1907 in the car and you wife has LSL-P 192 and LSH-P 1102 in her purse.

Your daughter is doing her homework and asks you to explain an “arc radian” and all you can think of is, “What a cool name for the LS4 that would be.”

You know what “magic smoke” is and it isn’t what everyone else is thinking.

When the power goes out at work, you pump your fist in the air and shout “Yes” while everyone else starts cursing about all the data they just lost.

You call old friends from High School just to tell them you know where to get 123 lithium batteries for a dollar – so now’s who’s “Most Likely to Succeed.”

You pass up the perfect house for your family because it is right between two street lights which completely ruins the front yard (IMHO).

When you check your 401K statement and see the stock symbol PG you forget for a moment that it really stands for Proctor & Gamble.

You start to really wonder whether you need a $900 HID flashlight.

You spend over $100 for a flashlight, use it once, and begin planning for it's replacement.

You try to explain the significance of Luxeon bin codes to non-flashoholics.

Your battery run-time requirements, which used to be two hours, fall below 30 mins. (After all, you're always going to have another flashlight available and batteries not too far away.)

You start using a flashlight inside when you could simply go over and turn on the light.

the last one is so true about using the flashlight even when the flip of switch of a household light is a finger away. hahaha

i think we use our arc's because of the coolness factor. comments galore when you bring it out in front of a crowd. its like rolling up on a harley. everybody points and stares. yeah i know the feeling =P
