LYON December 8, Celebrates Lights

I am very glad to inform you about a wonderful celebrates lights in my town every years on December 8.

"Vectorial Elevation is an interactive artwork that transforms the Place Bellecour in the heart of Lyon, France. Using a three dimensional interface this web site allows you to design huge light sculptures with 18 robotic searchlights located around the square. A web page is made for each participant with photos of their design from four webcams. The piece will be live from December 3 to 10, 2003 to coincide with the Fête des Lumières and the World Summit of Cities."
