A friend of mine (a fellow Saab owner and flashaholic) bought this for me. The head and taillights are LED's and illuminate with a switch on the bottom.

Cool keychain! The dealer we purchased our Saab from is actually a Saab dealer (As opposed to just a used car dealer). They had a section where all the color choices were set up for your new Saab--all little Saab 92 shaped things.
