Default looking for best / brightest glow-powder

Hi, i am planning to get some glow powder, but this stuff doesn't seem to be available at all here in Germany, so i was thinking about ordering some in the US. Can those of you, who own and worked with glow powder already give me a hint, which one to buy? I am looking for best brightness an longest glow time (of course ). Is it possible to mix it with epoxy?
Thanks in advance for any help...

I got my plastic sheeting from Chros Nolan at theindigoedge.com

He can supply various glowing powders, plastic sheets, adhesive tape etc. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Seems to last a good few hours when charged.
