Led Replacement for standard home bulbs

Autolumination is the name of the company that makes LED replacements for the standard home bulbs as well for cars too.
But for the house, would these be any good?

Just be careful what you get, I purchased an MR-16 bulb, not from this company but from another, the output was good but it must have had some UV leds in it. Look kind of purple and after sitting under it for awhile my eyes got real painful and scratchy, we narrowed down the source to this one bulb. So be careful and I guess ask what leds they use.

Would they be any good? One might ask good for what? If you want a long life, efficient source of colored light, then, yes, I'd say they are good. Want to light a room with lots white light? Probably not good for that.
