Well seeing as how the majority of the members of this board absolutely hate having the title of a thread changed... and so do I... perhaps you should give up on this endeavor altogether... [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Unless of course you are adding key words to the title to save people time. For example Sale thread, adding sold, or on a Group Buy, adding closed, etc.

But to Sasha's point, some people look at the latest threads list, and only see the last post name. If the name has changed then they think it is a different post and open it up only to find out it is something they don't care about or already know about. So in that case it wastes peoples time.
