OzoneLite - Anybody heard of this?

I ran into a friend from Asia and he mentioned that the hospitals are starting to use this lightbulb and I was wondering if there is anything to it. The light does not emit ozone or UV but produces something that kills bacteria and cleans the air somehow using Titanium Dioxide coated on a compact flourescent bulb. But I haven't heard of anyone using it and for $40 a bulb, I want a little first hand knowledge of its effectiveness. Thanks. Here is their website:
