Best value automotive headlamps?

One of my PIAA Star White 9006 bulbs just blew, and I don't really want to spend that much again to replace it. What's the best value in a good tint (not blue HID-lookalike, just white rather than yellow), high output automotive headlamp?

PIAA have a lifetime warranty I thought. You take it in to a store and they will replace it for you. You might have to have the receipt however. You may want to call Pila to be sure.

That would be fantastic, but their website says bulbs aren't covered. I might just give them a call anyway though.
