UPDATE:
both of my wholesalers are way behind their normal schedule as for getting product to me. It's been about 11 days since I ordered the materials I needed to finish things up and it's still on back-order with one place, and I received a partial shipment from the other, I called and they were actually expecting it in before the end of last week, but still haven't heard from them, so I'm suspecting that the stuff should be in within the next 24-48 hours hopefully. I've been keeping myself busy getting as much done as I can without the rest of the materials.

Assuming everything comes in here soon, I should have the first batch ready by thursday (aug 7th). ..But since some of the plastic is looking like it could be delayed another week, i probably won't have the full 50 adapters ready in the first batch. I think I'll have enough to get 30 of them together, which I think should cover all of the initial interest. :)

mdocod,

I will be away from the 5th to the 11th and don't know if I'll have access to the internet. If I don't, could you hold one for me in the first batch if they go up for sale in that time period? Purrrdy purrrdy please

there should be plenty available when you get back, I'm making way more than the amount of interest expressed here, I don't doubt they will sell in time anyways, but there should be plenty available for awhile, I'll set one aside for you if they start to sell out faster than expected :)

The clear rods will be kind of an experiment, I think I have enough to do maybe 10-15 of the adapters with clear rods, the rest will be with standard white delrin. It will be an "option" to go with clear or white. The delrin is probably a little more durable as it can bend and flex a lot more before breaking, the acrylic is very rigid, is technically stronger as far as tensile strength and such goes, but seems to be more fragile in practical applications because it won't give under pressure, it just shatters. These rods aren't really load bearing in any way, so I don't think it'll matter either way. If anyone has a problem with the acrylic rods I'll send send replacement delrin rods free of charge.

-----------------------------------------------------

PRICE: Based on my experience in building up to this point, I've decided on an introductory price of $26 per adapter, +$1.50 USA/Canada shipping or $3 international shipping. Subject to change on future batches (not by much, just depends world changes around me etc etc) More pricing details on multiple item orders will be included in the sales thread. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL THE SALES THREAD IS OPEN, thank you :)

Hey now look here, that just isn't fair!:mecry:

:D Well I'll get one eventually. I'm looking forward to having my M6 guilt free. All that therapy for it is really getting expensive. I guess my telling it to lighten up over and over isn't helping much either..........

If it makes you feel any better, I don't have any 18650's so I can't even use this holder. So by the time I get around to getting batteries, you guys will probably have your own 2x18650 holders to play with! :)

Edit: Actually, that would probably make you feel even worse... :nana:

Sales thread will be up in a few hours, going to work another late night on these :) Want to wrap up a few more adapters here and take another picture or 2 and they'll be up for sale!!

Thank You all for being patient, I'm sorry this has taken so long, never fails, everything takes longer than expected, material delays really hurt me getting these done.
