Looking for a driver...

Perhaps somebody here can help... I'll looking for an economical driver for my Ultrafire C1. Necessary specs are as follows:
17mm diameter
high mode approx. 1000mA
low mode notably under 350mA (shooting for 10-15lm with a Cree Q3)
Strobe (preferably flash)

Any thoughts? Nothing on DX seems to do the trick, all the 17mm boards are either sold out or 20 mode :shrug:

Almost perfect (figure it'll be impossible to find a board without mid-level or SOS), but I was hoping to be able to use either 1 or two Li-ion's.

is that a good driver for a 4d mag sscp4 or sscp7 with a stock switch. i like the 2 mode hi/low no strobe or sos. can it drive a p7 or is that too much for it?

Hey thats awsome! Too bad it doesn't have a flash, but no biggie there. WOnder how it would handle a pair of li-ion batts? Maybe I'll get two and find out
