Contacting Mac??

Through Mac's site, I purchased an SST 50 EDC late on Sunday.



Sent an e-mail to [email protected] on Monday @ 10:51 AM. No response.



Sent another e-mail to [email protected] yesterday (Tuesday) @ 11:00 AM. Still no response.



I know the website says up to a 4-week wait for the light because it is made to order. But is it typical to not hear from him for this long?

I sent my first email to mac using [email protected] to order a Tri-EDC and although I had many questions he answered the first email within 2 days and he then answered all my questions within the hour, I was then comfortable in placing the order. Very helpfull, This was early in March.

I noted that you wanted the 6500k version instead of the 4500k you ordered. I'm about a week behind on E-Mails right now as I'm pushing to ship all the 2nd run light in the next couple weeks. Please bare with me until I get caught up.

So sorry for the inconvenience... if you could keep the 4500k that would be fine if it is already too late then that is fine as well. they are both amazing and its just been extremely hard for me to decide. like i said if it is at all possible ill keep the 4500k. if not all is well.

Same for me here...I am a little anguish about all the lights I've ordered...I've sent you an email to know if you have an ETA but no reply...I now you are very busy..but I need to know when it will be shipped because I will leave my home for one week soon....

Sorry but things are taking longer than anticipated I have has parts shortages and other things come up as well. When you ordered the light it I stated a minimum of 8 weeks and I hope to be caught up in the next few weeks. Sorry I didn't reply to you message I didn't have a realistic reply and was going to try and figure out when your light would ship but got side tracked.

We are flashaholic, we know that the time is our enemy but we always think that the next time all will go smoothy
I ordered two lights in January from two differents builders but stil waiting them, I will bet that they will arrive at the same time

Finally got my beautiful SST-50 light yesterday. An added bonus is that it can take an 18350!! I was super excited when I found that out. It was a painful 8 weeks but worth the wait. Thank you, Mac.
