Looks like mine is probly lost since it's still showing shipping info received but no updates since the 31st I'm hoping it's not lost anyone else is having this issue?

I'm in the same boat. Mine shows shipped on 12/31/15 that's it.

Don't worry it'll show up. I thought mine was lost BUT it showed up over a month later. You'll love it so much more powerful than the original DEFT edc

Bad News
When trying to convert the k40lvn back to reflector i did not have the reflector retainer tightened all the way down and when i tightened the bezal down it ripped the led off the mcpcb no more beamshots comparing the two until i get it fixed. ugh !!!

Good news
I will be taking beamshots comparing this to the m25c2vnT. not quite a fair comparison but it might just hold up better then you might think

Question: Does this light have a ramping infinity brightness mode? all i can find are high momentary, high on, strobe momentary and low on. Am i missing something ?

So i took the bezel off the edc x and took the huge aspheric lens that i put

on my k40lvn and put it in front of the bezel. Boom perfect focus and its more intense then my 775kcd m25c2vnt. LOL

775kcd m25c2vnT vs edc x with massive 3 inch aspheric lens taped to the front. I have since but the normal lens on because i dont wana break it. Already broke one light tonight....

These shots sre coming out suprisingly good lol top set are with the big silly 3 inch lens and the bottom is with the normal lens on the edc x

IMO the edc should be brighter but because there really is not that much light coming from the aspheric my camera has a hard time showing the true brightness. edc x should be about 20% brighter then the beamshots indicate. m25c2vnt looks about right

Alex. I upgraded my edc x to the enthusiast. Can you tell me if there is a flat piece of glass coming the lens or is it just the bare round lens?

Its just the aspheric lens. There is no flat lens on top and i really dont think one could even fit as the buldge in the lens would get in the way of where it would be although its hard to tell.

very cool how he blackened all the red of the mcpcb. very neatly done i also expected a smaller collar for some reason. one issue i had already was the oring for where the focus adjustment slides on broke the first time i took it off. i put on the red one in that came with it lubed it up and its smooth as butter again. other then that i love this thing
