You did not rile me up!!

I am intense at times and like to stand up for my torch and want to make sure everything is in order!!

I do not remember noboneshotdog Too much,he must have been lurking a lot or not as active which makes sense because the fine gentlemen only has 508 posts in ~ 5 years!:naughty:

Thanks Capo. Yea, I'm slow and steady.

i was saying it was one of the first " tk61"s " i thought he had done early on
going to try it at the 7.5 feet like he does tomm with fresh batteries and see what i get
wonder why he does such an oddball distance...7.5 feet ends up being 2.286 meters?

I thought it was 7.5 metres, when around 10 is the optimum, due to limited space.... going off memory here so anything contrary to that is possible! [emoji38]

7.5 ft must be a mistake--- I go as low as 5m on smaller throwers--in the case of the TK61vn and the TN42 6m gives a good reading but 10m is optimal--- I have a Extech meter I know is pretty accurate--my Dr Meter is 7% low

do you have any beamshots of your tk61vn?
would love to see some ?

So would I! I do not have the proper camera to take night pics, neither my camcorder[!] or smart phone works well enough.

There was one night when it was really misty out[ lots of moisture to reflect the light] and I was able to get several good beam shots of my K40vn. a few pics below.
