Jelly, you could have bought a Corvette convertible with horsepower instead of this P.I.A. forum with candlepower and be having a Helluva lot better time on this August morning.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

Try Bromite browser. It is a chrome varient with patches from brave browser, ungoogled chrome browser and more. You can set it up to be updated through f-droid or even set it up to be downloaded there. It is a 3rd part app, but I've been using it for years and I trust in. I also use duckduckgo search, but not the browser. I've tried the browser, but it is missing features bromite has.

Getting back on topic. IMO the Jelly format is very similar to the one we were used to.
There are things that I very much like.

It formats much better on my phone
there is a LIKE option/button for any particular post
and no need to, 3rd party host pictures!

And I haven't tested it too much, it appears that the search function works better.

Bots are crawl data such as googlebots etc, helps with search engines.
Googlebots, and other spiders as well, very interesting, kinda like sci fi.. Probably a stupid question, does your new platform have malware protection against bad bots?

Googled and mother of God there's my hockey smile that I posted on CPF!

My missing front teeth immortalized for all eternity!

.. and I'm not even getting paid for modeling!

My old bike shaped collection of flashlights avatar got chopped off and the original is on some cloud somewhere.
Mrs Fixers latest hobby is coating steel cups with epoxy resin over custom decorations. She did me a 20oz with Chris Kyle Punisher logo entombed under about 4mm of epoxy. A close up here, a crop there and it made a mighty fine new avatar.

Next to a hand painted one she made for a friend.

Oh, by the way the new Jelly format plays real nice with my iPhone. Yay!!

Is that really what it was sold for? No clue what cost are for websites.
