S2 police baton model. Right angle handle allows for use as a striking weapon.

anybody EDC a micro head lamp instead EDC flashlight from time to time ????

I have been EDC carrying an Olight Perun 2 Mini neutral white* headlamp/right angled flashlight since I got it. [*CCT 4000-5000K] Highly recommended. 1.9 oz with included battery. If you tuck the headband in your pocket that adds another 1.2 oz. The beauty of this system is that you do not need to remove the EDC clip to use the headband. It has an included slot to accommodate the clip which rotates around the body of the headlamp. Just be sure to ignore the blandishments of the bright pretty, easy to see colors, and buy the black which is the only one so far offered in NW.
As far as other EDC I should make a list. Regarding knives I have a Victorinox Farmer X for its general utility in a 93mm package, including scissors (the X). At the moment the one handed/locking knife is a Buck 110 Slim Select Folding Hunter 3.75" Plain Blade, Blaze Orange GFN Handles, Deep Carry Pocket Clip, for a few reasons. They include that it is made in the USA and that if fits in a slot in my Tru Spec shorts. Other frequent contenders include a Hogue mini-Ritter, an Spyderco Wharncliffe Delica with HAP40/SUS410 blade, and an Olight/Oknife Drever (front flipper). My only button lock is an Oknife Mettle and I also try to work a Spyderco Wharncliffe Endela K390 into the mix, among many other knives. Sometimes clothing demands smaller knives.
