    Re: You may consider this ESP products are very rare in North America. I think I've only seen them in a booth at a trade show. Bezel down carry options are so few and far between, especially for bezels more than 38mm.

    I would recommend the XENO E03, however you lose a true low mode when running 14500s. See Selfbuilt's excellent review here. The list of well built lights that rival lights like the XENO E03 is very short, shorter still when looking at price (Zebralight SC-52, et al).

    Inexpensive 250 Lumens

    They're the same techlites as we've all seen before with XP-Gs instead of the XR-Es/etc of older models. For the price of $5-$10 each, they're not horrible lights. Machining tends to be pretty poor. There have been posts recently about these new version of Costco lights already-- cpf/google search.

    Re: Battery Fire NTSB Briefing - JAL 787 I'm pretty sure what will end up happening is that Boeing will deflect to the manufacturer of the pack. If Boeing was only a commercial company I would say they were in serious trouble. A fleet grounding is as severe as it gets (hopefully).

    Li-Ion shipments are being stopped all over the world. I can no longer get direct-shipments from suppliers in PRC as air carriers are refusing.

    An aggressive ride in a vibrator tumbler (twss) with the right media does wonders to age anodized aluminium.

    Great tip-- Reflow paste expires quite quickly-- it going bad and not being as thermally responsive could mean it needed more heat (and enough to melt other components). Just a thought.
