    Thanks for clearing that up, I had read somewhere (can’t find it now) that it had memory in all modes except moonlight and turbo. Glad that it does not as that is my preference.

    In a perfect world in a detached house with a big garden by the sea somewhere on the south coast of England. But where I am now on the outskirts of Greater London is good because I live within a 30min drive from most of my family, so would miss seeing them as much as I do.

    I have a new Fenix cl09 coming as Fenix appears to have discontinued it without releasing a v2 version or any equivalent replacement option. I use the cl09 to navigate my house after dark in the 1 lumen setting using my old cr123a batteries that no longer have enough juice to use in my malkoff...

    It was a long time ago and it was in a friends van who was trying to give up at the time. I remember It was small and reminded of a children's book, apart from being about helping to quit smoking. It’s title I don’t remember I’m afraid.

    I don’t know how far off a chain smoker I was me being on 40 a day. But the first thing I did when I woke was smoke a cigarette, also the last thing at night and if I woke up in the night come to think about it. Also what helped me was reading a little book that said to think of your addiction...

    I don’t think we will ever be happy and will always want just a bit more than what we have already.If you asked someone 50 years ago what the perfect light would be, we probably would have surpassed that. And if you presented them with what we have now it would blow their mind.

    Malkoff Picture Thread

    This is what I carry most days. I prefer the lumens factory body and tailcap over the malkoff cr123 body because there is more space inside to allow for the extra lengh of the keepover rechargeable 3v batteries I use. And you can lock the light out with a slight twist of the tailcap.
