    One is none

never heard of a "bothy bag" before, but if I see this correctly, the bothy bag is a larger tarp like contraption while the bivouac sack/bag or "bivy" is just a small one person sized survival tarp/blanket/sack/bag

Who makes the most expensive flashlights?

the most expensive I know are the FocusWorks flashlights, the bog standard zircuti cylon goes for around $4000 usually, but you can ask for trits, custom design, etc, and you'd be looking at five figure prices... then again, you'd have a flashlight with a design and components that literally...

    One is none

to be fair, while I'd suggest anyone carry at least some sort of flashlight with them ( like a best practice, or good habit, like having a fire extinguisher in your house and car, having a fire retardant blanket if you deep fry stuff, etc ) what really weirds me out is that most tradesman I meet...

that's mad, recent years I've always heard you need four flashlights for caving, and just googling a bit, every caving site says you should have at least one headlamp ( but two is preferred ) and at least two backup flashlights with you at all times. to be fair, if you like hiking it's well...

    Victorinox Huntsman and Huntsman "Lite"

I have few, but the two I always use/carry are the Spirit X and the Ranger Plus. If I'm carrying a backapck, I carry the Spirit, if I'm travelling light, I carry the Ranger Plus.

You know reviews are biased when…

That's why you should try and educate people on those topics. Maybe it won't matter, but sometimes it does. For example sometime in september or october my mum asked me about this "CRI thingy" because she paints paintings and as the daylight was growing shorter and short she needed a lightsource...

If I were you, I'd go with the M61N, it's high CRI. My most used flashlight is the MD2+M61N hi/lo. The high CRI allows you to discern so much more detail in your environment, and also so much easier on the eyes for long term use.
