Hi Tom. I'm very much impressed with your HID Killer job! I wish to build a thrower something similar with yours, but instead of using garden flare I would like to use kitchen funnel to mount the 66mm aspherical lens from DX 
Kindly may I know how did you mount your aspherical lens on the garden flare? Did you just glue it? Or maybe wielding two pieces of metal to hold it?
I cannot find any way to mount my 66mm lens on the funnel nicely. And one more question is that how do I attached another edge of funnel on my flashlight bezel?
