I couldn't find anything in their site. :( I've had a TS2 from Thrunite, and it works just like you are describing. However I think you can only charge it via the usb-c port. It's out of stock right now, but other vendors might have it.
@ExceedDesigns
Definitely interested! I have a few questions though for the 18650 version. How strongly is the clip attached to the body, and how easy would it be to get bent if pried out accidentally? I would be carrying this on the outside of my belt via the clip, and I'm sure it might get...
I recently got a replacement TC15 with a cool white XHP35.2 in it, so I tried to swap out the emitter. I had done 2 sst20 swaps before, so I was feeling pretty confident. First off, I attemped to swap the emitter to this 5000K XHP35.2 I tried to heat the mcpcb with my solder gun on the bottom...
Yeah, I thought about putting the spring at the front, except there's no good way to attach it that I know of. As far as the cushion idea goes, having a single spring on the front or back would only stop the battery from slamming one way, so it's 50/50 if it would do anything, right?
The...
I figured out that one of my magnets fits perfectly inside my TC15 tailcap, inside the recess where the spring would go. I really like this idea, except the spring now sits on top of the magnet, and it's almost fully compressed when I put my cell in it. Is this an issue for the cell? In theory...
@alpg88
I just realized that I said in series when referring to the cell amperage. Those are actually parallel, duh! Sorry about that.
@Dave_H
Yup, more cells are on the list! Just waiting for this money thing to work out. :broke:
Thanks for the help guys,
Mark
Hey, I have 2 TH30 headlamps that I am wiring together with an external battery pack. The design is really simple, and I can easily convert the lights back to their original state.
I have the lights running off one cell right now, but I plan on running them on three 18650s in parallel.
I've...
Hey, I want to run 2 Convoy s2s off my car battery. What would be the simplest way to do this? I don't mind hooking them up to the battery directly (12V) or powering them from the cig lighter (5V).
If I wired the lights straight from the cig lighter, would the 0.8V increase from 4.2 V be too...
