at the time i did not have any PCB's, but there are some available now that i have found . I ended up just using a small piece of solder and reflowing it to the thermal pad and then hand soldering to the + - pads.
i ended up using a LEDDynamics Bucktoot driver because it was small, reliable, and also inexpensive. I dont completely trust the DX drivers sometimes.
If you need help, i can reflow solder the LED's to a board for you since i have the tools. What kind of application are you trying to do ?
