Re: Nitecore TM11 malfunctioning ok, second TM11 flickering. Going to reurn this one, too. Maybe I'll give up on the TM11. Ironically, no issues at all with the cheap, Dry triple.

    Looking for a large light, 500 lumens+

The Super Storm is a nice light. Great output. I haven't had any problems with extended runs. It's a bit chunky so I haven't used it as much as I thought I would. You did mention you were looking for a "large light", though.

    Malkoff P7 C&D Mag Drop-ins!

Gene actually came to the rescue. Turns out I was using a jeweler's screwdriver and just wasn't able to create enough torque to lock the drop-in down. I used a regular screwdriver and voila! Reliable P7 output in a 2C mag host. Another excellent Malkoff product!!

    Malkoff P7 C&D Mag Drop-ins!

Ok, I have drop-in install question. I had e-mailed Gene, but I realized that I should probably not bother him as one of you guys would likely be able to help me. I bought the "C" drop-in. My Mag has the correct serial number. I cannot get the drop-in to lock in the down position. I'm not sure...

    Lumens Factory going into LEDs

I have the same contact issue. I think the only way around it is to pull the center spring out a bit. The instructions do state that the outer spring is supposed to be removed when popped into a Surefire. Given how nice the tint of the warm white is and how good the output is, having a more...

    Baby Feeding LIGHT ???

Kid9P, forget the flashlights. _This_ is what you need. I bought several of these years ago and my kids still use them and keep them next to their beds. Plus, the colors are perfect for your intended use. http://www.emphasisproducts.com/

    Exolion Ti info, owners?

Marcus, using a longer battery definitely makes turning on the light more consistent. Unfortunately, with the "last version long battery" (the ones that work fine with the CR2Ion and OrbRAW) I was always a little concerned about the head of my Exolion rotating off because of the extra space. I...

    Exolion Ti info, owners?

I also have one of the original Exolion Ti. I would caution you to be careful when you let someone else play with the light. I have had 3 of the original sized RCR2 cells "dented" when the other party cranked down too hard to turn the light on. This then makes the contact intermittent and the...

Can the CPF special Varibrite be moded?

ernsanada, looks like you and I have the same reflector issues. I recall reading about how good the beam patterns were with other owners. Definitely not my case. It's otherwise a great light.

Battle of the Small Lights : Which to choose?

I agree with xochi. Take the MB3W out of contention. Not worth the hassle factor of a crappy switch and bad tailcap. However, if you like lights that turn on and off just by shaking them back and forth, this is your light. (the fact that it is unpredictable makes it even more exciting)

    Super Flashlight III?

I was going to get the HD45 but decided on the SFIII when it became available. This was partly due to the fact that I didn't want to miss out forever on a SFIII. I figured I can always get an HD45 later. At the time, I was toying with the idea of picking up an Aleph 3 or HD45 and hadn't decided...

    Super Flashlight III?

Yep, mine was from lighthound, too. From what I understand, the 750 mA board really doesn't give up that much in brightness compared to the 1000mA. Extra runtime is always nice. Definitely best tint of all my lights.
