    Malkoff Picture Thread

A Malkoff light I had years ago and stupidly sold is a light I’d love to get back - Wildcat V2. An MD3 or MD4 body would be perfect. Anyone out there with one they’d like to sell, let me know.😉

just getting back into the "hobby?"

My Malkoff lights are over a decade old and all work perfectly. A few of my HDS lights have been back for repair. I sent my current clicky back to Henry yesterday. (No 7 second dim light when fitting a new battery - no response from the switch) Hoping it doesn't take months to get it back.

    20 Years on this forum

Just checked my join date - September 5th, 2008. Almost 17 years to the day! Still using my old lights daily/nightly. Zero issues from any of them apart from my HDS Clicky that’s died….. again!

    Back in the saddle

Hi guys, Well it's been some time since I've been here at CPF. I sort of slowed my light purchases as my immediate flashlight needs have been largely satisfied. With the increasing cost of living, the family finances have been under some strain but I'm still using and enjoying some of my...

    Best Light You've Ever/Never Owned

Best, most used light - an early original 3 speed, 300lm Prometheus Alpha with warm MC-E - great runtime and the best floody beam I’ve ever seen. Its been beat to hell and has the scars to prove it and it’s an ‘old’ light in 2022 but it’s been 100% reliable and gets used every day/night.🙂👍

    HDS Systems #23

Thanks guys but the website wants to charge me $75 USD for shipping to Australia for 1 tailcap rubber!

    HDS Systems #23

Hi, Does anyone know where I can source new HDS flat tailcap rubbers? As I was a HDS dealer at the time, Henry shipped me a few spares years ago but they’ve all split and gone to heaven. My last cap rubber is ready to split too. I sent HDS an email 2 years ago and didn’t get a response! Any...

What did you use your flashlight for today?

Used my trusty early (3 speed only) Prometheus Alpha warm MCE light whilst working on my wife’s Camry in a dimly lit home garage. Replaced the lower control arms, front brake rotors and pads, the top engine stabilizer bar, engine oil and filter change and also replaced the worn out drivers’...

    The Malkoff Front Porch

Here are a couple of oldie Malkoff combos I find myself using regularly.😉 1. Old school round Surefire 6P with a hand engraved M61W / 18500 combo. 2. VME / hand engraved M31W (1st series with more of a ‘neutral tint’) with either VME AA body or VME CR123 lanyard body for a more pocket friendly...
