    I had a scorpion and loved it, and wanted pretty much the same thing but LED and brighter. I got a TK10 and it was exactly that.

    Yup, its held up fine through just shy of a case. A remote/tape switch on a pump is bad juju, but to answer your question, it hasn't been an issue. I think because my pump hand on the forend naturally recoils with the gun, so unless I'm turning the light on or off, they'd never touch.

    Updated rig with the TK10. :D Hands down best light I've ever had, and even better being able to use RCR123's.

    Until tonight, I had a scorpion on my 870 HD/Zombie Preparedness rig. I just opened up the Fenix TK10 box and put it on there, which I'll take pictures of and post tomorrow. The mount and rail are both from DX.

    I haven't had to beat anyone over the head with it yet, but bumping around in an ambulance and being dropped reaching for my stethoscope hasn't phased it, nor have the 3v RCR123's.

    Thanks for all the suggestions and explanations of the rechargeable 123's. I just took the plunge on a fenix TK10. If that one isn't everything I need, I'll try out the '08 inova T2.

    That's another question I had, related to the Inova. Will these rechargeables (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1880 ) hurt the inova and the scorpion for sure, or is it just a gamble, like if it overheats?
