    MT G2 in streamlight argo headlamp?

    I would like to try and swap the factory c4 emitter for a 6 volt mt g2 on a sinkpad. I would drill a larger opening in the reflector. Would the driver be likely to handle this? Any other considerations besides heat?

    I have done the k2 emitter swap, and have a couple more novatac 120 lights that I would like to upgrade. I am thinking a xpe or xml may be the way to go. What emitter lends itself to a novatac install? What would be a step above the k2 swap?

    cant decide on a edc

    I want somthing really nice, and have been looking at moddoolar pocket clicky, macs customs tri edc, prometheus alpha, or hds rotary. I am open to other suggestions as well. Right now I am leaning toward the macs customs or moddoolar, because of the high output.

    I am tired of burning thorugh primary cells in my main lights (Novatac 120P and Surefire Z2 with Malkoff head). What recargables are best for these lights? I don't necessarly need the same type for each light.

    best rechargable cells for TLE 300m-ex

    I just picked up a TLE 300m-ex, and it is great, I didn't think you could get throw like that from an LED (compared to my Z2 with Malkoff Q5 head and my Novatac 120p). Anyway, I would like to use some rechargeable cells for it, I am using a 6D mag body. What are my options?

    I have been carrying a Surefire E1e for 6 years now, I also have a Z2, and an HK UTL for my pistol. The E1e is nice to carry, but pretty dim, the Z2 is too big. What should I get? I like the L1 and L2 but they look a little bulky for the pocket. I am not familiar with any of the other brands...
