    Surefire Rechargeable 9V - What Gives ?

Well I got this B65 about 1 1/2 years ago. It is in a white wrapper, and I took out one of the SF123 cells, and used it in my ARC-LS, it worked Fine. The white wrapper on the B65 clearly said on it that it is a RECHARGABLE battery pack. Cell voltage = ~ 3V And it smells like a Lithium Cell...

    Surefire Rechargeable 9V - What Gives ?

It is a Surefire B65 Rechargable Battery. The cells inside look just like a normal SF123. That is my query. The B65 is used when converting a G2z into a rechargable system, and an A14 is used to extend the G2z body to accomodate the B65. Originally the G2z is a 6v system, but I converted it...

Re: CR-123 and water don\'t mix ??? [ QUOTE ] E__WOK said: I washed a SF 123 battery by accident. It went through the washing machine but not the dryer. The battery was slightly lighter than a new one but it still had full power when I tested it in a E1 light. [/ QUOTE ] It was lighter ? -...

    123 dummy battery

HI, I put a screw/nail through an appropriate sized wooden dowel, then file down the ends so they are not sharp. Pre-drill the dowel so that it does not split. Abe.

    3V Lithium AAs

But, Remember that: 1. It has less capacity than a similar sized 1.5V lithium AA cell. 2. You could blow your equipment by substituting say, a 3v lithium instead of one of the 1.5v lithiums in a CMG reactor (Total 4.5v in a 3v flashlight). It may work for a short time, then - WHAM ! - no light...
