    1D's are custom cut-down modifications. Anyway, what's the point of a cover for the 3D mag anyways? There's better lights out there that are worth protecting... Lighter and brighter. Besides, if it gets dinged up, they're cheap to replace and found almost everywhere.

    Oooo... BabyMagzilla... but it uses 14670s... it will be another battery I have to purchase to make... Good thing I'm only running the TL-3 and not the H1499s, looks like I'd have to treat my hotwires with more caution.

    2x 14500 minimag = TL-3 + Auroralite kit It's bright and has burnt a hole in my favorite 5.11 pants. Still love them both.:grin2: There needs to be a better LED upgrade/sandwich available.

    I used to keep them, same with my computer parts as well, but space is getting limited so the boxes had to go. Why not just scan the evidence and then recycle it. I've been in the habit of just taking notes on the relevant information of the things I buy on notepad. :)

    Whether at a glance, dangerous or not, it is better to be safe than sorry. The last thing you'd ever want is regret - not being about to protect those you care for. P1D-CE seems good. I doubt a 4D Mag could be effectively utilized in addition to all that EDC. Training is always a plus.
