Come on...$250 for an LED "tactical" light and no illumination specs? How can this come close to something like a rechargeable Streamlight incandescent for $100?
Seems to be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Found one review outside CPF that says it is very dim and wouldn't recommend it. Also brass casing will tarnish. Comments?
Just received my MiniStar2...dropped it into the MiniMag and it is the brightest and whitest yet! Zero artifacts using the stock MiniMag lens. Highly recommended. Much brighter than my old Opalec 3 LED conversion.
Whatever happened to the good old method of the OEM manufacturer supplying a (test) specification to the vendor and have the vendor provide a tested product that meets the OEM manufacturers specification?
If the vendor can't or doesn't know how to test, then supply the vendor with a test...
Wow! If I were the Product Manager I think I would have a few words with "engineering" about all the different models/configurations they continue to generate.

There appears to be a difference in the length of the head between the older and newer Arc AAA's. This link has photos of both versions

Too bad about the AAA-LE going away. I like the military style Type III HA; I assume "natural" is an aluminum color.
Also, how will the "premium" compare to the old LE for tint and brightness?
I also like the UV which has also gone away. Too bad.
Glow-Bug is excellent. Received my AAA in less than a week.
Picked up spare o-ring and foam spacer from Arc, also in less than a week.
Nice going guys!
