digitaleos, I was supprised when your thread popped up. All of the problems that the u2 has had, no one has talked about our problem. Please Help, U2 switches to level 1 after short run time
At the time I didn't know that they were making a new batch, so I thought they would send it back right away. I told them in my letter that the reason I sent the whole light was so I didn't get that purple colored head. I wanted the light to be all the same color. If I knew what I know now...- sparky69

Please Help, U2 switches to level 1 after short run time
About 4 weeks ago I got a u2 with the same exact problem. It is now back at surefire for a replacement. They are in the process of making a new batch of the lights so its a long wait again. I was worried that the 18650 batteries I put in were causing the problem, but it did the same thing...- sparky69
