Battery powered Weed whacker
I have the Riobi 18-volt trimmer, it has worked well for me all last year.I dont have to do the north fourty,just around the house and back yard.Its the model that you can use the same battery pack for other Riobi tools.I use the Li-Ion battery pack with it. -

Need Camping advice
When ever I have gone camping,no one has ever messed with or walked off with my stuff.I always set up camp first thing.If you are worried about losing something,take it with you or lock it in the car for safe keeping.I dont know if this will work where you are going or not.Good luck. -

East Coast October Snowstorm Thread
Lost power Sat,4:00 pm got it back Wed 4:30pm,generator and a 'Big Buddy' propane heater saved the day.Light wise, head lights,lanterns,and flood type flashlights worked well for me.Even dragged out my old SL poly-pro-6-5mm,4-aa light, worked well in the house. -

If I run into a bear that wants to eat my cooler,pee my self will be the least of my troubles.It will be time for new shorts for sure,as long as I come to after passing out.And dont end up as the main course for lunch. This cooler should last my life time,built more like a safe. -
