    Because i want to run a battery pack with 4 18650 in parallel. Doing such i guess the V will be higher for longer, and don't want to overdo it on the P7. Am i wrong with this?

    This is the one, same as the one on dealextreme. then on seoul web page, the pdf "binning and labeling" on page 8 has all the different FV ratings. If it is 3.6V then that meens it can take from 3.5v to 3.75v.
