    The SureFire A2L thread

I must be one of the few people on CPF that can actually make out colors well under sickly blue light... Or some people just blow it way out of proportion.

    The SureFire A2L thread

Re: A2L's are here! About the only reason is you can't get the low beam on a LX2 to be Red or Green without a filter.

    SureFire E2D LED

Well Al on this one he happens to be right, I pulled the window out of my KX2B to find it was lexan. But the only thing to be worried about is it scratching. With the TIR optics behind it the window will never break. I put a pyrex window from a E series head in for good measure though.

    New two-stage SF E2L issues/questions.

Well my dual level KX2 head I got has a serial number B A30358. I just figured the space between the B and normal looking Surefire serial number that the B was an identifier for the dual level KX2.

    New two-stage SF E2L issues/questions.

They do have a way of identifying the 2 level E2L. They put a B on the bezel in front of the serial number.

    Is there a 3 x 18650 body for 6P?

That is a M series bulb and will not work in a 6P.

    Is there a 3 x 18650 body for 6P?

There is a reason for that. There is no bulb that can be run off of 3 18650 in serial. And it is very hard to wire the batteries in parallel in a Leef body anyways.

    E2L Outdoorsman, when available?

Shoot them an e-mail when ordering and specify you would like the dual output version and you will more than likely get one. I know for a fact that OpticsHQ does not have any of the older E2L in stock because Mike mentioned he sent them all back to Surefire to have them upgraded to the dual...

    KX2 with a Reflector?

Practically every small LED Surefire light uses a TIR now except the L2 and L4.

Is there a KL4 head shortage or something?

Check with Optics HQ. I got a HA-BK one from them not long ago.

    SureFire E1B Backup

Read the description of how the clicky works guys, it is not a two stage clicky switch it is just like changing modes on a Fenix and the electronics too change stages are in the head not the switch.

    SureFire E1B Backup

Cool to see something like that come out of Surefire. Maybe we will be getting two stage clicky tailcaps for the A2 and Kroma in the future. Edit: After reading the description of how it works most likely wont get two stage clickies for the A2 or Kroma.

LED drop in for SureFire E2D?

The KL4 is the only LED module that you can swap the bezel out for the strike bezel on the E2D.

    Surefire L1 with a Q5 LED

Increase the current to the emitter is the only thing that will make the same bin LED brighter. For example driving the LED at 1000mA as opposed to 750mA.

    Surefire G3L

I find it funny that they waited about a month after having the light on their website to send out the e-mail.
