My Rotary looks just like the picture you posted in post 138 in this thread. Despite it appearing to be a plastic sleeve insert, I am nearly certain that it is not. For what it's worth I believe it is anodized aluminium. -

Congratulations! I agree that Henry is catching up. I ordered my Rotary on April 17 and it was in my mailbox waiting for me last night! It's been a great week! I received my ZebraLight SC600 on Monday and my long anticipated HDS Rotary on Friday! -
