    I agree regarding the EagleTac's mentioned above. Because of an attractive price I purchased the P100A2. It's definitely a thrower and quite impressive for a 2XAA light. The P20A2 Mk I is worth the extra $10.

    The Maelstrom S12 certainly has "wow" factor. I read another description of it as "portable stadium lighting". Very fitting. You won't go wrong with either the S12 for the ThruNite Catapult, but if you want compact size with all of the WOW, the S12 is worth a long, hard look.
