    Totally agree with you. I love my MT10A, which has an XM-L2. Output on 14500 is fantastic. Strikes me as just weird that the 18650 version uses an XP-G2. Nice work upgrading your LED! Personally I hope they release an official GT version, like they did with the MT40. I currently EDC a MH20GT...

    Oh Lowes has those? Excellent, will have to pick one up. Interesting thread. My own experience is much the same - I reach for my tailstanders. Little lights like Mini123, P1D, and IncenDio are easy to spread around different rooms and just leave on lower settings.

    Lumapower TRUST-1 makes me want to sell my Fenix LD10+. To me, it's simply better in every regard - beam profile, battery support, UI, clip, switch, serviceability, aesthetics, etc.

    Call me crazy, but I wish I could get the same thing without the control ring, with a few bucks knocked off the price. Really hard to find the same toughness / forward-clicky / XP-G combination in a small clipped pocket carry form-factor, and that's the real draw for me.

    I've got my eye on it too. From what I've read, it's maybe a little large for what it is (especially in AA mode), but you get quite the well-built light. I'm hoping it's closer to bomb-proof than other pocketables I've tried. There's an updated RRT-0 that switches from XR-E R2 to XP-G R5...
