    Thanks for the suggestions. Looks like the Lumens Factory HO-E1A would be the most cost effective option. However, I am trying to dump all my incan's in favor of LEDs, but there does not seem to be a particularly cost effective LED upgrade. I've always liked the look and feel of the E1e, but...

    So the Malkoff M30 series drop-ins fit the stock E1e head? The drop-ins seem much larger than the MN01 bulb assembly they would replace.

    Are there any drop-in options for a Surefire E1e to replace the stock MN01? Or is a KL1/KX1 upgrade the only real option available (which means ditching the original head)? Thanks for the info.
