Well, excluding Fenix'es then I would have to say Rexlight 2.0, great value at $30
I love my Civictor though. Great reliable and simple light for every day use.

My friends never understand why I would spend $55 for a flashlight. I showed them lights selling for hundreds and they just shake their heads.
I think it's too expensive at $90. My L2d-CE is well built, ringy beam, yes. But an excellent light nonetheless. But at $90, I would rather buy a Surefire. Fenix is not at that level yet.
EDIT: It's not $90. It's $61.50 in Fenix-store.

Is there any word on the second batch? The first one was about 10 days ago, I don't recall seeing anything since then, is there?

Back to the topic, Kyle mentioned that they're flickering like the flourescent bulbs (bad) but they are most likely dimmable (good). I wish there are some comparison to the incandescent ones though.
