I thought about that but it can bulk up really quickly when you add endcaps. I'm now considering modding my 4/7 charger to do both jobs. When I get a chance I'll open it up and see if I can slip the electronics into it for the USB output socket. If so, then it will be worth carrying the extra...- Brewer

Good idea for a thread Vin, and also the ideal place for a 26650 related question I have - has anybody found a good container to carry a spare in?
