    Lowes Task Force 3W "CREE" 2C 150 + lumens

    For under $30 dollars, the taskforce is probably going to be the brightest light that you will find in town. The coleman light at walmart seems it may be a good choice if you want to get them a more compact light. It is rated at 125 lumens from the emitter and states that it uses a cree led.
