    I think either the Zebralight or 4Sevens light will make you happy. I personally own the SC600 and I cant stop using/playing with it. If you don't mind bezel twisting, the Quark also has a super low moonlight mode which is great for campers and cavers. Jeff

    1000 lumens out of an HDS! These new LEDs can really crank them out. I almost bought a Quark but opted for the Sunwayman V10A because of the magnetic variable dial. I'm really fighting the urge to buy everything I'm seeing. IT'S SO HARD!! Jeff

    Right now I'm eyeballing the new HDS EDC 200 lumen rotary clicky. That should be a nice replacement for the old U60 XRGT I have. I also am intrigued by 4Sevens Quark AA lights.

    My most embarassing experience was showing a police officer my Mag85 and the batteries were almost dead so it's output appeared to be STOCK! AGHH! Officers replied, "Uh...yeah...thats pretty uh....bright there." Jeff

    I love my freeplay torch. I just upgraded the incandescent bulb to an LED and replaced the rechargeable battery with a higher capacity one. Free light, free music. You cant beat that. :) Jeff

    Doesn't sound like he was intentionally 'flashing' someone. It's seems he was just inspecting the alley and someone happened to be there. Hardly constitutes abuse but I do understand light in your eyes at night can be rather annoying. Heaven forbid if an aggressive man ever entered my comfort...

    I don't know of any 35W HID setups that can fit in a mag. Don't think it can be done. Mag85 is a pretty easy setup thats pretty pleasing. Jeff
