    Any decent headlamps for $20.00 or less

    I bought a Princeton Tec SOLO headlamp (2 AA, built like a tank) and put the stippled reflector and a PR base 2cell LED in it. Works fantastic.     Help w/bulb voltage.

    Senior moment time. I recieved a couple of LED PR2 bulbs from a vendor (LAMBDA, I think) on CPF a while back and can't remember if they are 3 to 4,5 volt only or would handle 6v (4 AA's) only. I would like to try it in an old 4 AA Tekna light I have. Any help would be appricated. Rangemaster
