    I need to glue some emitters to stars to do some beam tests, but I need to remove the emitters later. Can I use just plain AS grease? I've also heard of mixing equal amounts of grease and epoxy.     Fraen LP vs. regular?

    Can anyone commment on the differences between the narrow beam Fraens? Is it worth it to go with the larger optic over the LP for throw? Any comparisons with 30mm?

    What about X-1 with "turbo" head?

    What about X-1 with \"turbo\" head? You could make a turbo head for it, just large enough to hold a Fraen LP. If you want flood, use 30 degree, for throw use 6 degree. You could press fit the turbo head in, or epoxy it. Anyone else thought about doing this?

    PT 40 Failure

    Check the batteries to see if they're compressed from screwing the light down. Also, check the flat spring in the module that contacts the battery, and bend appropriately if necessary.
