    Incandescent,for how long?

I enjoy both, but like most I perfer Incandecents over LED for outdoors. I still perfer my incandecents slightly more than my Led lights. I edc on me both an A2 and U2 daily and use both for different purposes. As long as they sell them, then i'll buy them when I can afford them.

    Advantages, Disadvantages, LED's and Incandescents...?

I'm like most, each has their advantage/disadvantage in their applications. I was a die hard incandecent guy when I joined, but as I read more on here I learned the value of LEDs. I usually carry or have very handy one or the other at all times now. Like most i love LEDs indoors and never worry...

    Best Brands?

I'm a fan of Surefires, but I still carry and like my Mag incandescent or Led model, simply because the batteries are cheaper to replace more often and if the light gets lost I can replace it quicker from just about any store and not take a hit to the wallet as I would if I lost one of my surefires.

Is it legal to use a LED strobe while driving in fog?

I'm from Ohio too, Best thing to do is contact www.odot.com or the highway patrol. As a school bus driver we use them in fog,or other road conditions to alert drivers were around and were moving at a slow speed. Salt trucks, garbage trucks, and other public service equiptment have them too...

Is it legal to use a LED strobe while driving in fog?

I'm also from Ohio and a school bus driver, were required to operate a flashing strobe light in fog, snow, rain, or other conditions that require them being on(making frequent stops or operating at a slower than normal speed limit. 500+ lumens,5000 hour lamp life, $8.95 we all have one.

I was looking at the cabelas website at the flashlights under the camping section, they have a nice and affordable HID for sale, with decent runtime and output. It around the costs of a U2 or Kroma, maybe a bit more. If I had the funds i'd buy one for camping next year just to see how well it...
