People have differing standards and levels of expectation when it comes to fit and finish and tolerances. I don't see how the bezel can center itself since the misalignment is due to the threads being slightly off center. -

My recently purchased silver Ti bezel is also slightly smaller than the body, I wouldn't say a whole mm though. What bothers me a little is that it's not completely centered. The body sticks out on one side more than the other. -

It's strange that your high CRI (SSC P4?) has the same characteristics often described for the narrow beam GDPs. -

After receiving my flush tail clicky recently, I tried all the methods I could find to make the button sit flatter. Pressing down while screwing on the tailcap and heating up the light then letting it cool. The best I achieved was a wobbly tailstand. Then I tried something... simpler... -

After having a look at the cutout diagram it seems the thickness tapers and isn't easily measured. I'll take your advice and shoot Henry an email. Guess I was just reluctant to contact Henry with every little question. If we all did that, imaging how many emails he'd have to answer. :crackup: -

Can someone measure the thickness of the wall where marked in the following picture? Just wondering if it's feasible to mill some slots for 5x1.5mm Bart trits. -
