Sounds to me your the one with the chip I would NEVER brag/ volunteer how much $ I make or lots of other things- but I would tell them if they asked, with the caviot if they devulged theirs first-- since they obviously have no problem asking me-- & if they didnt, then I wouldnt telll them for...- fredx

Where I worked every one knew what everyone else made-- except for second level & up management, but we all had a good Idea on them- most , not all management people never wanted to discuss it- I'm pretty much sure @ a work place its a fear factor / threat deal Just another of many reasons I had...- fredx

I still have not hear any intelligent responses / reasons why people are scared to discuss their income. What can someone do with that info that would hurt them? Are they afraid someone is gonna come and kidnap a relative and hold them hostage for $? WTF- fredx
