Surefire K2 KROMA & KROMA Milspec

You are wasting battery power by using two 3.7v batteries (total=7.4) One cell, like the 17670, is sufficient to power the Kroma.

I am sure the LED's won't even turn on when the voltage drops lower than 3.0V. Whereas the Li-Ion's over discharge protection voltage come on at a much lower 2.40V. Also lots of people run 18650's with SF U2's, and have no problem so far. So I think it's OK to run unprotected with Kroma as well.

LED61: Unprotected 17670 will fit inside the K2 perfectly, so the tailcap spring can maintain the battery's positive contact all the time.

Wolf-Eyes 9DX Raider vs. Streamlight TL-3. WITH LOTSA PICS!!

Thanks for the excellent review! I've noticed that too. One observation from the smaller 6M. 6M with the Explorer body has a much tighter fit between the body and the turbo bezel assembly, and when screwing the bezel on, you can feel the resistance from the O-Ring.
