    NiteCore Defender Infinity

Yes - it appears that you're missing that Robo's head is smaller than his wrists... If the lanyard is *that* small, perhaps replacing it might be smart? Of course "going by pictures" is probably unwise anyway - for all we know the designer and user of the prototype *does* have "dainty" wrists.

    NiteCore Defender Infinity

I bought the LF5 50% on beam pattern - I was startled I got it to find that the reflector isn't OP. SSC's don't seem to need them - and my SSC gives excellent red/brown definition, although I might have been lucky on this. Sorry: bad writing on my part. What I meant was that the LF5 uses a...

    NiteCore Defender Infinity

*Good* reviews. The NDI is much what I expected - a nice light but not a revolutionary improvement. If I was buying an AA at the moment, it might be light I would go for - or maybe not, because I have more confidence in the simple twisty of the LF5 to be bullet proof and I prefer its beam...

Yes: the double twist makes the light easy to use as 3 stage. The manual doesn't explain this well imo. Very much my plan. I think it's an eccentric light that isn't suitable for a mass market, but which could easily be improved. Even a better manual would help (general note: Chinese flashlight...

    Liteflux LF5 - first impressions

I read that it's running at about 400 pulses a second. The standard is what 30 to 60?

    Liteflux LF5 - first impressions

The Liteflux LF "Beacon" series are perhaps the most eccentric lights currently made. Firstly, they are multiple mode programmable lights (which is pretty amazing for lights costing less than $60). Secondly, instead of using a clicky they use a single twisty - at the front of the light - for...

Liteflux LF5 vs. LF1 SSC-mod: BEAMSHOTS and RUNTIMES

Have Liteflux stopped making these? I can't seem to find one on their website.
