    I've spent 3 days searching and can't find what I'm looking for. I ordered half a dozen clickys from Lighthound for $6/each, but upon receipt, found they were for e-series lights. The only P/C/Z series replacement switches I can find are the $23-25 brass switches, almost as much as a good used...

    What can be done to a SF M3?

    If a fellow had a stock SF M3 combat light and wanted it modded to produce 1000 lumens, what would it take and who could do it if it's even possible? I know I could go with a T40CS or Cat V3 or M3x, but I like the M3 form factor.

    Jetbeam M1X won't turn on

    Admitted novice here. Used my M1X all fall spotlighting. I changed the batteries yesterday and now the light won't come on. Bezel is tight (didn't turn it before taking the batteries out), tailcap is tight, batteries are new. What am I missing?

    Brightest E-Series Mod (LED)

    Found an E2E for a song, now I'm looking to turn it into a pocket torch. What's out there in the realm of the E2DL 2-mode head or drop-in that will get me 200 lumens+? Option 2 is to go with the E2C adapter and a P60 drop-in.

    "used" batteries....still good?

    I have an opportunity to pick up some "used" CR123s for cheap. They came out of some low-power wireless devices and still meter at 3volts. Does this indicate they're still good and in near factory condition in terms of available power or will "used" batteries meter lower?

    3xCR123 vs 2xCR123 w/ DX R2

    OK, newbie here. Searched forums extensively, but can't find specifics on a click on/click off tail cap for the Surefire G2s. Yeah, Surefire has them....for $38 (more than the light!). Is there a quality, less expensive alternative? Thanks, Jason
