Mechanical, chronometer, chronograph are the magic words here (with chronometer being the biggest factor dictating price). I think the cheapest will be the Omega Speedmaster or Dynamic series w/ pricings ranging from $800-$4K+ (depending on usage and features). And I don't think there are any...- uhammer

Looking for Watch w/Temp, Alt, etc. . . .
I know this may be higher than your budget, but have you looked at the Tissot T-Touch? They go for anywhere from $350-$600 on Ebay. Very elegant, classy, and high quality watch. Casio, Timex, and Suunto are good watches, but nowhere near the class of the Tissot. Just my thoughts.- uhammer
